Welcome to Added. By downloading, installing, or using the Added app or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the service
Added lets you create and manage events (e.g. from flyers or screenshots), sync them with your calendar, set reminders, and optionally discover public events. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or violate any applicable laws.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may use Added as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Added. If you use the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (events, photos, screenshots). By using Added, you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (e.g. storing, syncing, and displaying your events and images). You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights, is illegal, or that you do not have permission to use. We may remove content that violates these terms or our policies.
4. Public events
If you mark an event as public, it may be visible in the Discover section to other users. Do not mark events as public unless you have the right to share that information.
5. Disclaimers
The app and any extracted event details (e.g. from OCR) are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy of extracted data, availability of the service, or that the app will be error-free. Use of Added is at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions you make based on event information in the app.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Added and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use Added in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the app is free).
7. Termination
You may stop using Added at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases; we may retain data as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and may notify you in the app for material changes. Continued use of Added after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Added operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
